Terms of Service

SpaceB4 provides visualization services, producing photorealistic images from the materials you provide (photos, plans, sketches, 3D models, or descriptions). The renders are intended to help you market, present, or pitch projects before construction.

You represent that you own or have rights to any materials (photos, plans, references) you upload. You grant SpaceB4 a limited license to use those materials solely to produce your renders.

Upon full payment, you receive commercial usage rights to the renders we deliver. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise at order time.

Renders produced by SpaceB4 represent the design intent supplied by the customer and are for marketing, presentation, and client-communication purposes. They are not engineering drawings, survey documents, permit submissions, or regulatory approvals, and should not be relied upon as such. Minor variations between a render and the constructed result are expected and do not constitute a breach of these terms. Where a render is shown to a prospective buyer, investor, or client, we recommend disclosing that it is a visualization of intent, not a photograph of a finished project.

Delivery windows scale with order size and start when we have confirmed your materials (usually at upload): up to 5 renders within 24 hours; 6–15 renders within 48 hours; 16 or more renders within 72 hours. The Rush 12h add-on reduces delivery to 12 hours for the specific renders it is applied to. If we miss a stated delivery window on a Rush-purchased render, the Rush fee for that render is refunded automatically. If we need additional materials from you before we can start, we will contact you within 2 business hours of your order; the clock starts once we have what we need.

Each render includes one free revision. Additional revisions are $9.99 each. If we are unable to deliver, we refund in full. If you are dissatisfied with delivered renders, we will revise until you're satisfied or refund the affected renders.

You may not use our service to produce images that misrepresent property condition in violation of law, or that depict content prohibited by applicable law.

SpaceB4's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost sales, missed bids, or disputes between you and third parties who viewed or relied upon the renders.

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
